Are your items authentic?
Yes. We only sell authentic vintage and pre-loved luxury items. Every item is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed. If an item is ever proven inauthentic by a trusted third-party authenticator, we guarantee a 100% refund.
Where do you source your products?
Our pieces are sourced from reputable second-hand luxury dealers and auctions in Japan. Each item is carefully selected for quality, authenticity, and style.
Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
Because of the special nature of vintage and pre-loved items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once payment is secured, orders cannot be cancelled.
How can I check the condition of the item?
We provide detailed photos and descriptions of every item. Please review them carefully before purchase. If you would like more photos or videos, feel free to contact us via Instagram DM or our website before placing your order.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods offered at checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, we do not offer installment or payment plan options.
Are customs taxes/import duties included in the price?
No. Our prices are set competitively for the product itself. Any custom duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
